January 2013 has certainly started with a bang!

Happy New Year!

10 days into the New Year and we are already really busy with both, Sales and Lettings enquiries and new deals.

We think that people have taken the approach ‘new year, new start, new home’ which is excellent news for us and for the Bloomsbury area as a whole.

The area has received a large amount of media attention over the past week or so, with the re-opening of the Charles Dickens Museum on Doughty Street, WC1 which is a short walk from our office at Theobalds Road.

With many of the surrounding Georgian properties to the Museum being converted from offices back into the grand houses that they were designed to be, the influx of professionals moving to the area with families would certainly have given Charles Dickens lots to write about.

Here at Callum Roberts we think Bloomsbury is going to become THE hotspot in London for 2013, being walking distance to the City and the West End and serviced by three tube stations (and well done to London Underground - which is celebrating 150 years of service this week).

We hope that this momentum continues throughout the year, which will give all of us something to celebrate come the end of the year.
