We have sold a number of Mews properties that require conversion to make charming houses and a number of smaller studio and one bedroom mansion block flats.
Many of the sales are looking to complete in the summer and we hope that these will help to re-stock the ever decreasing level of lettings stock.
June and July tends to have a a surge in demand for property, before everyone heads off for the much needed summer vacation.
Lets hope that we can have a bumper amount of summer sun also!
