The problem we have here at Callum Roberts is the lack of available properties in the City and West End of London.
With a ratio of 20 qualified buyers to 1 instruction, we are finding it very difficult and frustrating time to be an Estate Agent.
Thankfully, our lettings and property management side has found that the lack of stock has seen rent renewals increase at a rate not seen for some time. Our tenants seem to be staying on in properties longer as those who would traditionally buy, are unable to find suitable properties themselves.
How long will this go on for?
